THIS IS A NEW INITIATIVE THAT OPENS THE DOOR TO NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR EUROPEAN FIRMS FOR THE DESIGN OF NEW STRATEGIES FOR SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC GROWTH (1.6.2022 – 30.9.2025)
Lab strego, the installation and the wheel (LASIM), which is headed by prof. dr. Niko Herakovič as an important partner to take part in a three-year EUROPEAN project called ‘ STAGE – a NEW INITIATIVE, UNLOCKS OPPORTUNITIES FOR EUROPEAN COMPANIES THIS is to SHAPE A NEW WAVE IN SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC GROWTH. STAGE an eco-system, in the framework of the Horizon, and the European commission, brings together 14 of the renowned organizations of the 12 eu countries. The project STAGE, with the support of the European commission to create a unique, educational, and podorni eco-systems, with an emphasis on the sustainable transformation of the industrial enterprises, in particular SMES, within a globally leading, agilna, and green business.
The initiative brings together experts from a broad range of areas, including manufacturing, process engineering, and business modeling, finance, and strategy for the sustainable development of the economy. Within the framework of the project, the partners of the STAGE, with an extensive network of the sustainability of the centres:
✔ To provide an analysis and evaluation of the innovation and sustainability of the thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMES), to help you make the plans of action steps to achieve the goals of sustainability.
✔ Educate hundreds of action for the sustainable transition, and you have entered into a strong support of a sustainable eco-system.
✔ To provide an in-depth industry training, hundreds of selected MSPjev with a view to the production companies adapted the plans for a sustainable transition (ST – Sustainability Plans).
✔ Offered financial incentives (vavčerje) to SMES to have access to a tailored advisory services and financial support for the implementation of the plans for a sustainable transition (ST).
✔Facilitating the investment of SMES with the greatest potential, due to which they will be selected by the company to become a leading European company in the field of industrial economics.
The research team of the Laboratory of strego, the installation and the wheel has a leading role in the workplace, a set of ‘Industry, innovation, and sustainability to support the company’. The main aim is to develop a new, innovative approach to decentralized the support of companies and another in support of the training and counselling programme for SMES and consultants for sustainable development.
